We are living intense times. We all have limited times, and guess what? You don’t need much effort and you really don’t need to spend time and money in the gym to be in shape. You can get a 4 minutes workout anywhere, everywhere.
The secret is in the method! The Tabata method, HIIT workouts.
For those unfamiliar with the term, high-intensity intervals are just that: bursts of strenuous exercise lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes, interspersed with periods of rest. In recent years, a wealth of studies has established that sessions of high-intensity exercises can be as potent, physiologically, as much longer bouts of sustained endurance exercise.
There are so many studies that show the benefits of these 4 minutes workouts. Such studies show that low- and high-volume of intensive endurance training significantly improves maximal oxygen uptake after 10-weeks of training in healthy men. Other studies prove that aerobic high-intensity intervals improve VO2max more than moderate training.
We don’t need studies to know that exercising daily is good for over all health. So let’s say we don’t have time, but, trust me, you don’t have enough excuses, there is no way you can’t find at least 4 minutes to stay in shape.
That’s why I created this 4 minutes workouts stuff. I will post daily 4 minutes workouts, different workouts, for different fitness levels, male or female, using weights or just with only bodyweight!
