4 Minutes Upper Body Toning Home Workout

In the post below I will show you guys a nice bodyweight home workout. It’s another one in the 4 minutes workouts. Yes, still HIIT, still Tabata training.

You need to get a good warm up before performing this circuit. You will have 8 exercises, 20 seconds workouts, 10 seconds rest.
