Hello! This is a super effective 4 minutes workout! It’s a full body, bodyweight circuit, really simple to perform.
You only need a timer to set a 20 seconds cycle of workout and a 10 seconds cycle of rest. There will be eight exercises, so this is another one of the 4 minutes workouts.
