4 Minutes Lower ABS Home Workout

In this article I will show you an amazingly simple circuit for abdominals. 4 Minutes is all you need.

The procedure is really simple. You only need a timer and a place to workout. It can be your home, your office, or even in the park. It’s a simple bodyweight circuit.

You will have 20 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest. A total of 8 exercises, so that will be a full circuit of 4 minutes workout.
