Today we will work on our waist, on our middle section of the body! The exercises are at an intermediate level. Please make sure you perform a proper warm up. Check out this killer core workout
The procedure is quite simple, it’s a circuit, classic Tabata Training: 20 seconds workout, 10 seconds rest. There will be a total of eight exercises, so basically we will only have a four minutes circuit training. No excuses!
