Today I got another video in the 4 minutes workouts series. We will have an awesome shredding circuit for the entire body. If you want to know why is good for you to perform a daily 4 minutes HIIT circuit, please go ahead and read these studies.
Today we will train lower body and upper body all together. You need to get a little warm up before this. The circuit is not hard, it’s good for beginners and advanced. Will bring your fitness level up a little. You need to set your timer for 20 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest. We will have a total of eight exercises, all together – 4 minutes.
