4 Minutes Fat Loss Home Workout

In this post I will show you a great home workout circuit that only lasts 4 minutes. You can convince yourself what are the main benefits of a daily 4 minutes workout. See here the benefits of 4 minutes workouts.

The today’s workout is about a good fat loss. You only need four minutes, so you’ll gotta use a tabata timer: 20 seconds workout, 10 seconds rest.

Please make sure you perform a proper warm up before starting this. Follow the video below, you won’t be needing anything else.
